Dale Funderburg serves as the Pastor of First Baptist Church of West Point, MS. Dale joined the staff of FBC in June, 2003. He has served as pastor for more than 39 years in Mississippi in West Point, Gulfport, Columbia, Booneville and Ripley. He is married to LeeAnn. She is the Business Manager for the John C. Stennis Institute of Government at Mississippi State University. Dale and LeeAnn have been married for 39 years and have three children, Joshua, Emily and Abby and 4 grandsons: Elijah, Jack, Luke, and Elliot. Joshua is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music. Joshua is the Band Director of Nettleton High School. Joshua is married to Lacy Riley Funderburg. They have three sons, Elijah, Jack and Luke. Emily is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Psychology and a M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Emily is married to Chris Alexander and presently serves as Minister of Children at Ellerbe Baptist Church in Shreveport, LA. Abby is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Abby is married to Jessie Robinson and has one son, Elliot. Abby teaches 4th grade at Southside Elementary.
